Ingredients:
Toor Dal : 1 cup
Tomatoes : 1
Radish : 1
Egg Plant: 3 to 4(if small)
Lady's finger - 4
Drum sticks : 6(Small pieces)
Squash : 1 cup
Sambar powder : 2 Tbsp
Curry leaves - 7 to 8
Turmeric powder - pinch
Tamarind - lemon size
Tadaka - (Mustard seeds - 1tbsp, Cumin seeds - 1tbsp, Redchillies - 2, garlic - 4 to 5 cloves, Hing powder - pinch and oil)
Cilantro - 1 small cup (chopped)
Fresh grated coconut - 1 small cup( grated or slices)
Procedure:
Toor Dal : 1 cup

Cilantro - 1 small cup (chopped)
Fresh grated coconut - 1 small cup( grated or slices)
Procedure:
- Pressure the dal until it gets smooth texture.
- Cut all the vegetables, set them aside.
- Boil the water in deep bottomed pan. Once it is boiled add the cut vegetables and 1 tbsp of salt.
- Once the vegetables are boiled add tamarind juice in it.
- Next add the dal, turmeric, grated coconut and mix well. Let it boil for some time.
- Add sambar powder, chilli powder and salt according to your taste.
- Take another small pan for tadka. Make tadka and add it to boiling liquid. At the end add cilantro in it.
- Hot hot sambar is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!!
